The round-trip service, which is complimentary for Disney Resort guests is designed to give the stress-free vacation they want. Disney's Magical Express service makes guests' return to Orlando International Airport hassle-free as well. This convenient system lets guests avoid airport check-in lines by enabling passengers on domestic flights** to check their luggage and receive a boarding pass before departing their Disney hotel. | Q. Do I have to use a specific airline in order to use Disney's Magical Express Service? A. No. You may use Disney's Magical Express motor coach transportation and luggage transfer services, regardless of the airline you fly. Q. Can I book Disney's Magical Express Service for transportation to my Resort hotel upon my arrival at the Orlando International Airport? A. No. In order to utilize Disney's Magical Express Service, you must make a reservation for the service prior to your arrival. Q. Can I book Disney's Magical Express Service for transportation from my Resort hotel to the Orlando International Airport while at my Resort hotel? A. Yes. Contact your Resort hotel Front Desk for assistance. Q. Can I book a "luggage-only" transfer? A. No. To utilize Disney's Magical Express Service, you must participate in both the motor coach transportation and the luggage transfer services. Q. Are car seats allowed on the motor coaches? A. No. Car seats are not permitted on the motor coaches; they must be stowed underneath the motor coach. Children can either sit on an adult's lap or occupy a seat by themselves. Q. The Disney Welcome Center is located on Terminal side B, Level 1. The hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., but those hours will be extended to meet the flights of all Guests who have booked Disney’s Magical Express, even if a flight is scheduled to arrive after 11 p.m. Guests arriving at the airport after 10 p.m. should be advised to claim their luggage at the baggage claim and take it with them to the Disney’s Magical Express motor coach to their resort. For Guests who arrive through Gates 1-29 and 60-99, Disney’s Magical Express Cast will be located in baggage claim on Level 2 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 8:00 pm to 1:30 am. If the Orlando International Airport is the first point of entry into the United States, Guests will follow the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process and claim their luggage upon disembarking the airplane. Once they have completed this process they will proceed to the Disney Welcome Center. Their luggage will be transferred to the Baggage Claim area, where Disney will collect it if tagged with Disney’s Magical Express luggage tags. Your motor coach pick-up time will be approximately three (3) hours prior to your flight departure time from Orlando International Airport. International travelers will be picked up four (4) hours prior to flight departure time. You are responsible for bringing your luggage to the motor coach pick-up location. Q.
